It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
