There is very good Wi-Fi and is ideal for home office (high-quality office chair, monitor and desk). Approx. 70 square meters, parquet flooring.

The living room is also adjoined by a balcony facing the street. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Apart from the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), all rooms have easy-care laminate floors.
