Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with a sofa bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen with stunning views. The house has a terrace measuring around 75 m², part of which is a cosy covered patio. There are Canadians, and you can swim from the plot. There's a lovely beach 7 minutes away.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.

Here on Hållnäshalvön, a unique open coast spreads out with many opportunities for nature experiences. Several coastal hikes, with a rich flora, rich animal and bird life. Go on a day trip to Furuviksparken or maybe play golf in Örbyhus. On a hot day, you can also take the car 10 minutes to Örbyhus outdoor pool. Enjoy the beautiful nature with berries and mushrooms.

From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.

Sea view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom in a southern bay where the sunsets are magical. A wood-fired sauna for the bad summer days or the nice long evenings to enjoy. The house is located in Kallviken on popular Stenskär, about 8 km from Öregrund.

Så mycket att se här i östra Uppland; Öregrunds vackra båthamn och alla härliga sommarrestauranger; här finns även apotek, Systembolag, ICA och COOP, allt inom 20 minuter med bil. Sevärt är också Lövstabruks Herrgård med fint Värdshus för sommarluncher, Badsjö med badbrygga finns 4 min bort vid Forsmarks 1600-tals Herrgård. This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cabin is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage power and a hot shower. The electricity supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simple lighting. However, capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via outlets, as well as access to TV with DVD.
