The annexe

A charming, spacious annexe situated in the heart of the Shotley peninsula, with easy access to the Rivers Orwell & Stour. Tucked away down a small lane, leading to a network of pubic footpaths, the Annexe is seperate from a grade 2 listed property, with ample parking, and a gated courtyard and patio area. The accommodation consists of a large open plan Kitchen/dining/living area and one bedroom with en-suite toilet and shower. The living area also has a small sofa bed available on request.

The Annexe

Very light self contained Annexe in a peaceful rural location in the lovely village of Chelmondiston, near Ipswich. The village contains shops, pubs and the River Orwell, and all are within walking distance. Plenty of parking, you will have your own private entrance and west facing patio to enjoy the Suffolk sunsets. Two TVs and compact but full kitchen with washer / dryer. Well-behaved pets are allowed but please note the outside space is not fully enclosed. All bookings via AirBNB please.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.
