This is a small, renovated, 100-year-old earthen storehouse in a town in Ina Valley, Nagano Prefecture, where you can see the two Alps. The inn is run by a married couple who run a design office. It is a space where we designed it ourselves, created the parts we could with our own hands, and explored the possibilities of renovating the warehouse while cultivating the power to create our own lives. We hope you will find your own comfort through the experience of living in this quiet place where the lifestyle of the past and the present intersect. ■ Capacity 3 people It is a small space with a total floor area of about 50 ㎡, so it is spacious enough for 1-3 adults to stay comfortably. ■ Time Check-in: 4 pm - 8 pm Check-out: 11 am We greet you in person at check-in and check-out. Please let us know your arrival time in advance when you make a reservation. ■ Access We encourage you to come by car to shop for groceries and stroll around the neighborhood. A model house of a construction company that builds wooden houses in Kiso, Shinshu.Located at the entrance to the holiday home area of Kiso-Koma Kogen, it has an open feel that blends in with nature. An infinite sea of stars.A summer resort at an altitude of about 900 m. Please experience the warmth and aroma of the wood, with Kiso cypress pillars, Kiso cypress flooring, and Kiso larch beams. In winter, heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and solar thermal energy. How about reading in a hammock? There is a construction company office on the premises, as well as a restaurant operated by the company, where you can have lunch. We have also provided a desk workspace, so you can use it for business trips, teleworking, and more.Please work surrounded by nature. Within walking distance, you can visit Kasuga Onsen, boasting over 300 years of history and high-quality hot springs, a Equestrian Park, a tranquil park in nature.

Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.

中山道の宿場町である奈良井宿の隣町に位置し、江戸時代から木曽漆器の産地として栄えた歴史ある町並み。重伝建保存地区に選定され、現在も漆器店が並んでいるこの町に、1931年に建てられました。 私たちの家は、お食事なしの一日一組限定、一棟貸し切りにてご利用頂いています。アクセスにも少し時間がかかり、スーパーやコンビニもないこの地域ですが、だからこそこの場所には、静かさと何気ない素朴な日々の美しさがあると思います。読書、散歩、地酒（日本酒・ワイン）を頂く、ゆっくり寝て起きるなど古きよきこの町で暮らすように滞在して頂けたら嬉しいです。 山の谷間の古民家で網戸はありませんので、暖かい季節になれば自然の生き物が入ってくることもあります。築95年の建物は細部までぴかぴかに磨き上げれている訳ではありません。できるだけ清潔にと思いお迎えの準備をさせて頂いておりますが、大きなお心でお越し頂けると幸いです。 皆さまに頂いたご宿泊費は建物の修繕に使わせて頂いていて、この素晴らしい家をまた次の世代に引き継げるように、まずは私が20年ほど大切に守っていきたいと思っています。

Just 10 minutes from downtown Matsumoto, Yokoya Farm is a family-run working apple farm in the countryside. Our private kura (Japanese storehouse), next to our family home, was renovated into a guesthouse in 2018. Enjoy the unique experience of staying in a real farmer's kura with the entire building all to yourselves. Our apple orchard is about a 5-minute walk away. During the apple season (late August to mid-November), you're welcome to enjoy complimentary apple picking.
