It is located in a residential area, about 10 minutes by car from the border between Aichi and Shizuoka. The ocean, mountains, and lakes can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The property is only 7 minutes walk from a streetcar stop, which is one of the most valuable in Japan. Free parking is available on site. The small wooded yard has fir and oak trees over the 3rd floor. The sunset gradient from the deck and the 3rd floor balcony is beautiful The house has a Scandinavian interior.
