Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. RakuyaKarasumaGojo was built in 1907. It was renovated as a guest house with a wooden two-story gable roof, a frontage of 4.5m, and a depth of 7.2m. The floor plan is shown in the end of photos. You can enjoy whole facility for up to 5 people at the same price. You are also able to stay for consecutive nights. High speed Wifi available in all rooms. At the center of Kyoto city, you can visit anywhere easily.

Maximum capacity 10 people. After 4 people the additional fee 6000yen/person/night will be charged. Partying and noise are strictly prohibited. This 100-year-old traditional house called "Machiya" stands in a quiet residential area, a little ways from the center of the city. The renovation work was carried out under the supervision of a "Machiya" expert, while preserving the culturally valuable foundations.
