Immaculately presented Self contained garage conversion with own entrance door and en suite walk in shower room. Modern bright and spotlessly clean spacious bedroom The room has ample sockets usb points tv wifi desk and lamp tea and coffee making facilities and a mini cool box/fridge. There is a lockable fire door to the main house which is kept locked. Ideal for business guests close to J14 of the M1 and Willen Lake and handy for Silverstone. Free parking on driveway. Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
