Perfect for families and groups with an ensuite in each bedroom and open plan kitchen and dining area. We welcome dogs with a secure, private garden and a maze of beautiful walks on our doorstep, including a footpath to the pub! Horseshoes Barn

We're 10 minutes from Southwold, surrounded by countryside with walks right outside. It's perfect for couples, families or friends and dogs! Downstairs is a large open-plan lounge, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. Upstairs has two double bedrooms. It's a great base for visiting Southwold beach, shops, restaurants and pier, then returning to the peace and quiet of Uggeshall. We live in the grounds but are very respectful of privacy and strive to ensure you completely relax during your stay.

The Garden Coop is a chic, cosy, eco-home on the beautiful Sotterly Estate, just 15 minutes from Southwold on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. The Coop is ideally situated for country walks, cycling straight from the door and horse riding trails all over the estate. The Coop is very cosy with under floor heating and a wood burning stove. There is a gorgeous, dog friendly, courtyard garden with stunning views over a covered deck. This stylish, peaceful retreat, is ideal for two guests and one dog.

Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.
