Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Close to La Sambuy station, Seythenex cave and waterfall and Annecy lake. It includes a bedroom with double bed, a mezzanine with sleeping area (single beds) and living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony. Free parking and local ski and a vèlo available. Sheet included but towel optional.

A bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room/kitchen with comfortable sofa bed. The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, and has a fully independent entrance. We are available if needed, but if not, you will have total privacy and tranquility.
