The place is ideal for those who enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, swimming and, in winter, for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or Nordic skiing and snowshoeing... For leisure activities, there is a games room with TV, table football, and arcade machine.

Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse countryside, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You'll be captivated by the view of the valley, the cliffs in all directions, with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no overlooking neighbours. If you'd like to stay for several nights, please don't hesitate to ask for information.

We welcome you all year round in our yurts located at the entrance of the Bauges mountain range between lake and mountains (10 min from Lake Annecy and 15 min from La Sambuy ski resort). Traditional Mongolian yurts. They are equipped with stoves for winter cocooning evenings. For your comfort you have a common area composed of a lounge, living room and equipped kitchen. A sanitary area is at your disposal (one shower per yurt and two sinks) and an optional sauna.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Refurbished small cocoon. It serves as a "guest room". It is located in the center of Faverges, close to all amenities. It has a wonderful view of the castle and the Dent de Cons just behind. At the foot of the Bauges massif, halfway between Annecy and Albertville (about 20 km), we are lucky to live in a beautiful environment. The bike path that connects Albertville/Annecy (and goes around Lake Annecy) is a stone's throw away.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
