Une seule pièce comprenant un coin kitchenette entièrement équipée et neuve (électroménager et équipements neufs) : petit réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, 2 plaques de cuisson, cafetière, bouilloire et vaisselle. Coin repas avec vue sur les massifs, cet espace sert aussi d'espace de travail. Coin nuit à l'entrée avec un lit de 80 x 190. Salle d'eau avec WC séparés par porte coulissante. Le studio est situé au 5ème et dernier étage sans ascenseur.

2-room apartment, 41 m2 in a 2009 residence, on the 3rd floor with elevator + large private parking space in the basement. I live in this apartment and rent it when I travel. I am a fan of old two-wheelers, a bike and a moped decorate the apartment ☺️ Very convenient due to its location and configuration. Luxury residence. You will be quiet and close to everything. You have the apartment all to yourself.
