Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For the winter the ski areas are Zoncolan at 35km , Tarvisio 45 km and Nassfeld

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are two bathrooms. There is also a large condominium parking lot. My accommodation is suitable for families (with children).
