It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Watch the sun rise on the front porch, or sip a cup of coffee on the back patio with limited views of bluff mountain. We are 10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. (There is construction currently near and surrounding the cottage, you will experience noise)

Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. The dock does NOT have water at it during winter/early spring drawdown (typically Oct–April). Guests can still walk to the shoreline. Drought can effect levels as it’s a dam system.

There is plenty of room to accommodate 6 to 8 people, with a master bedroom with bathroom attached, and 2 other bedrooms that share a bath and a half. The most amazing part of our cottage is outside. There is a back porch with gas grill, hot tub, fire pit and even a 9 hole Disc Golf course!
