It is located in a small Abruzzo village that is part of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The accommodation's characteristic feature is the Majella stone construction, which makes the house cool in summer. Parking (not for a fee) is located near the property. Also ideal for those who want to go to the beach (reachable in about 30 minutes).

The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
