This air-conditioned loft is unique, it is located in the heart of the historic center while being quiet at the bottom of a courtyard close to the Hospices. It has an incredible view of Place Carnot and even the Hospices bell tower. We have completely renovated and decorated it with quality noble materials. Quietude, 15 minutes from the Louhans market, the fruit farms in Comté, the Jura vineyards, less than 1 hour from those of Burgundy and 1h30 from Fort des Rousses. 35 minutes from Lakes Vouglans or waterfalls.

"L'étable Bressane" Gîte

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.

Chalet La Grenouillère, Jura Plainoiseau vineyard

The "La Grenouillère" cottage is a contemporary, wooden, single-family home, with all amenities, which is part of a quality landscaped setting, on the edge of a natural pond. A beautiful terrace overlooks the pond, populated by frogs, where dragonflies constantly flutter around the water plants and water hyacinths. There are no mosquitoes, frogs and pipistrelles take care of that!

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
