Villa Sunce is a new building, completed at the end of 2018, and the apartments are completely new and technically very well equipped. The apartment is fully furnished and has c. 50 m². From the living room you can go out to a beautiful terrace overlooking the entire area of the city and the neighboring islands. The apartment has two air conditioners (cooling-heating), and parking is provided. The city is full of cultural and historical sites, and the surroundings are full of natural beauty.
