Stone Grey is one of the 3 apartments recently renovated at our holiday home in Senj. All units are decorated to tell a unique story of inspiration and peace you can find while overlooking the magnificent landscape of this area. Autumn, winter and early spring are perfect times of the year for a reset getaway. Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more!

Apartman Fili

Apartman Fili nalazi se u naselju Trbušnjak u vili Sunce. Vila Sunce je novogradnja, dovršena na kraju 2018. godine, te su stanovi potpuno novi i tehnički vrlo dobro opremljeni. Apartman je u potpunosti namješten, a ima c. 50 m². Iz dnevnog boravka izlazi se na predivnu terasu sa koje seže pogled na cijelo područje grada i susjednih otoka. U apartmanu su dvije klime ( hlađenje- grijanje), a parking je osiguran. Grad je prepun kulturno-povijesnih lokaliteta, a okolica prirodnim ljepotama.

Regina Maris 4★ je moderno uređen i udoban studio apartman s privatnim ulazom, idealan za dvije osobe ili solo putnike. Smješten u mirnoj, zelenilom okruženoj zoni, samo 6–7 minuta hoda od prve plaže i 2 km od centra grada. Uživajte na terasi s predivnim panoramskim pogledom na more i otoke, opuštajte se na ležaljkama ili pripremajte večeru na vanjskom roštilju. Besplatno parkiranje je u garaži ispred apartmana. My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the beach, nightlife, public transport. You’ll love my place because of The view, , the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).Apartment is located in the city center 10 m from the see. The entrance to the building is from the back .The address is "Frankopanski trg 3". The apartment is located on the third floor.

Potpuno novo uređeni apartman u samostojećoj kući okruženoj mediteranskim zelenilom . Prvi red do mora,visinske razlike oko 10 m. Do stjenovite plaže se spušta kamenim stepenicama. Senzacionalni pogled na more,otoke,zalaske sunca je dostupan iz svih prostorija. Udaljenost do prve šljunčane plaže i restorana je oko 50m,a do grada ,koji ima sve gradske sadržaje je 2,5km. Od toga je 2 km šetnica uz more.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

For shared use with up to 4 other people, on the 2nd floor: rooftop terrace with hot tub and infinity pool 30 m2 water depth 30/110 cm, sunbeds, terrace furniture. Pool open 15.05.-30.09. Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

Apartment Luka

The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and 7 min to the city center. It is located in a quiet and pleasant environment. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk. Accommodation is pleasing to all generations, young families with children and young and older couples. Come and enjoy. :)
