Farmhouse in the hills 10 minutes from the sea of Senigallia

Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Summer 2025 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a charming apartment in the heart of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time and now I make it available to you, my traveling friends. Kitchen and living room in an open space environment, a double bedroom with walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower and full amenities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and bedroom. Access is via Self Check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Fuxia Apartment

Relax with a sea view The Fuxia apartment is located on the seafront, in front of the wonderful Velvet Beach of Senigallia. Thanks to the equipped balcony you can eat every day listening to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view of the sea or read a good book caressed by the sea breeze. Senigallia, not far from the apartment, will give you the opportunity to spend the evenings in one of its clubs or participate in one of the many events that take place every year in the summer.

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Romantic house with garden and spectacular view

Relax with the whole family in this charming accommodation nestled in the green hills of Senigallia, 6 km. from the sea. A fairytale house built in wood with full respect for the environment. Ground floor apartment for 2/3 people, with private garden for our animal friends, furnished with unique handmade elements. A magical place to paint, read, meditate, unplug, and find yourself. A few minutes drive to velvet beaches, restaurants, and entertainment.
