Apartment Amareta has been open for guests for 9 years. Stylishly decorated apartment that we supplement every year with details and with an offer. The view that spreads from the living room, kitchen and terrace is facing the sea. Staying in the apartment is very pleasant due to the climate but also the position. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, but also and heating, so it is open 365 days a year. When designing the apartment, we saw that the apartment was practical and stylish.

Apartment 4 is located on the first floor of Villa Silver, overlooking the sea and the mountain. Guests have access to two bedrooms, a large living room with a TV, with satellite channels, free wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, coffee maker,toaster, dishwasher. Guests have access to two bathrooms. The apartment has two balconies, one of which is large, with garden furniture, sun loungers, outdoor shower and fireplace. Parking is free. The property is air conditioned.

Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
