Mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Winzerhäuschen im Weindorf Altschweier, ideal für romantische Auszeiten. Direkt am Ortenauer Weinpfad gelegen, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren. Der Schwarzwald-Nationalpark ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein zu geniesen. Gernsbach is an officially recognised climatic spa with a magnificent historic centre. Located close to Baden-Baden with its iconic casino, castles and roman spa, it's an ideal holiday location. Sumptuous black forest cakes, tasty spätzle and other local specialities will make you want to explore this pristine area of nature and culture. Conveniently located, with a stunning view on the castle sitting on the mountain ridge across this location is ideal for a family trip or romantic getaway.

The apartment is 2 minutes from the famous Lichtentaler Allee. Bus stop 1 minute. Downtown is a 12-minute walk. It is located on the 3rd floor in the back of the building, very quiet location overlooking the countryside with balcony, parquet floor, high-speed Internet, Bluetooth speakers. No pets allowed Cleaning fees of €40 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of € 4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.
