The house is located in the middle of the lake district, between Lake Klopein, Lake Gösselsdorf, Lake Sonnegger and Lake Turner. For hiking, the accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta Massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed by the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drau Cycling Path. In winter, you can ski, snowshoe and go on ski tours here.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.
