Here you will find peace and quiet in nature, but also numerous leisure activities, hiking, cycling and fishing opportunities are right outside the front door. Comfortable bright apartment 3*** DTV, (80m²) in the attic with garden seating and barbecue. Located directly on the edge of the Kyll and forest without transit traffic. The apartment is directly reachable via the staircase from the outside, has a parking space, storage space for bicycles or motorcycles. For information and information, we can be reached on site and are happy to help with planning hikes and excursions. You will live in the lovingly restored Eifel Cottage on our historic estate dating back to 1795. The renovation was carried out from an ecological point of view and the extensive garden is managed ecologically by us. Hiking trails start right on the doorstep and lead into the extensive forest area of the Südeifel Nature Park. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable by the stove. If you are looking for seclusion and individuality away from tourism, this is the place to be.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Quiet apartment in the idyllic Eifel

The apartment is accessible via a small threshold of about 5 cm and has its own entrance. Directly in front of it, there are two parking spaces, a small terrace with a picnic table and a lawn which are at your disposal. The WiFi connection has been upgraded by an amplifier and works very well. A kettle grill is at your disposal. It is covered under the stairs. Please put it back there after cooling and cleaning.

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.

It can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for nature, peace and relaxation. Only 3 km away is the Lietzenhof golf course with its 18-hole course surrounded by beautiful nature.
