Our house was opened in September 2023 and all items are zero. Located in the center of Seferihisar, our 2+1 house has 2 comfortable large beds in 2 separate rooms, 160x200, and a seating group in the living room. All furnitures are Butterfly Furniture. Our house, which is a 5-10 minute drive from the sea and historical points, has a large balcony, full size kitchen: oven, coffee machine, tea machine and stove, your home has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a stylish bathroom.

My centrally located apartment with all your basic needs is 200 meters away from Teos Marina and a 5-minute walk to Sığacık Castle and many grocery stores.
