Located in the heart of Seaford. The flat is situated on the ground floor of a Victorian house in the centre of town. The property has two large bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and 2 singles in the second bedroom. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The living room is stylish and relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook. There is a small but spacious private section of the back garden where you sit and relax. Or sit in the front and watch the world go by.

Our Garden Room is a detached, self contained studio with a comfy double bed, ensuite shower room & kitchenette (with a fridge & microwave). It has been redesigned & updated for 2023. We live in South East Seaford, close to the beach, Seaford Head, & the town centre (everything you need is under a mile) & on the border of The South Downs National Park for The Seven Sisters walk. It is cosy & well appointed with lots of personal touches to help you feel at home.

Quirky Basement Flat

The quirky basement is located in an 1800s Victorian Building and is a stones throw away from the beach (200 yards). The stunning seven sisters cliff top walk starts just a 5 minute walk away. Quirky basement flat is located in the heart of the town, with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking. The property can sleep and dine up to 4 people. The wardrobe is not available, though there is separate a hanging rail. Regular trains and buses!
