That was the point when it, and a handful of others, were built in the mid 1960’s to showcase Northern California’s famed Sea Ranch project —and the way humans might one day find a better way to live with nature.

Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day. The main room and the master bedroom are spacious, with views of the forest from every angle. This family-friendly 3BR, 2BA home is surrounded by redwoods on a quiet cul de sac, 5 minutes to Gualala, Del Mar Rec Center, Sea Ranch Golf Course, and walkable to the coast.
