The Workshop was originally built on the nearby Sculthorpe Air Base around 1949. It was dismantled, moved and re-erected in its current location during the 1960’s and used for many years as a builders' workshop. Recently renovated, this lovely one bedroom, open plan style home is approx 700 sqft. Simply decorated and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped Kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedroom: superking bed or twin beds. Smart TV, WiFi, Bathroom: bath with shower overhead.

The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking.
