On the first floor, there is also the living room, including sofa bed and guest toilet. A staircase leads to the 2 spacious bedrooms and the shower room. Under the magnolia, the patio in front of the house offers views of the valley. The pool is closed in winter, the sauna is open all year round. Connection to Merlot on the 2nd floor. There are paths to explore the forest or simply enjoy the garden, our animals and good vibes. The sunset is particularly special. Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.
