Diese einladende Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage unseres Privathauses und ist sowohl gemütlich als auch zweckmäßig. Unsere Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und günstig gelegen, mit Wanderwegen in der Nähe und nur 11 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bemerkung: Wir haben 3 Kinder die tagsüber mal etwas lauter sein könnten und die man oben auch hören könnte

Diese Unterkunft l liegt nahe der Natur . 150 m zum Wald und Waldspielplatz.Viele Felder und Wiesen.Trotzdem sehr Zentral. Supermarkt, Eisdiele, Bäcker, Kiosk Apotheke, Restaurant, Bushaltestelle und Tankstelle in 5 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Flughafen ist 6,4 km entfernt .Zur Dortmunder Stadt sind es 11 km.Handtücher vorhanden. Für die Anreise paar Kaltgetränke und Kaffee vorhanden. Couch als Einzel oder Doppelbett. Auf Wunsch vorbereitet bzw ausgeklappt. Bettzeug ist fertig vorhanden.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Schwerte. Zufuß erreichst du den Bahnhof in 5 min und die Ruhr in 10 min. Cafés, Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Rohrmeisterei ist nur einen Katzensprung von uns erntfernt. Unser Garten und unsere Trasse kann gerne mit genutzt werden. Solltest du mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein, kannst du es sicher in unserem Hof unterstellen. Der Zugang zu deiner Unterkunft ist autark.
