The apartment is centrally located to the cities of Schwelm and Gevelsberg (about 5 minutes). The Ruhr area (Bochum, Hagen) and Bergisches Land (Wuppertal, Remscheid) are easily accessible by car and public transport (about 15 - 30 minutes).

The historic Brunnenhäuschen and Schloss Martfeld are within walking distance in 10 and 20 minutes, as well as three playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. Also two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a beverage store are close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.
