Plenty of space & plenty of sun

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by many green areas and close to the forest. The historic well house and Martfeld Castle are within a 10- or 20-minute walk, as are three playgrounds, a small football pitch and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets, a pharmacy and an off-licence very close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
