Welcome to our apartment on the outskirts of Wasmuthhausen, which was newly renovated in 2022! In a rural atmosphere you can relax, hike, go cycling and much more. On the upper floor there is 1 large sleeping area with a cozy sleeping niche. In the basement you will find the open kitchen, living and dining area with fireplace as well as the bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast eggs are available directly from the farm. Bed linen is available on request at an extra charge. Towels are included.

On the grounds of a 18th century villa, you will find our beautifully renovated holiday house. Once home to the coachman, it is now opening its doors to welcome you, your family and friends for a quiet get-away. Located between a historic fortress and the medival old town of Königsberg, it is the perfect place to relax, discover the surrounding hiking trails, and offer you a home away from home. Please note that the second bedroom (2 twin beds) is a walk-through room to the master bedroom.

You will live in the countryside in a very quiet and cozy 60m² apartment in the outbuilding. Ideal for switching off. The adjacent Haßberg with its many paths invites you to hikes or bike tours. Bed linen and towels are included with us. In addition, fast Wi-Fi with up to 100MBit/s is available free of charge. The access data are available in the apartment. Due to the current situation, we have developed a hygiene concept. Swimming, hiking, cycling, theater, city tours and stress-free shopping, in the middle of the spa districts of the Rhön, Haßbergen and the Schweinfurt Uplands. Your physical well-being is well taken care of in our region.

Within a 6000 sqm plot below the Veste Coburg you get a bungalow with every comfort. 3 rooms, 100 sqm, with kitchen (equipped with everything), two bathrooms, secluded terrace with large garden. Absolutely quiet and yet right in the middle of it all. 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot to the center. High-quality furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a wonderful view of nature and Coburg.

Apartment with bathroom & single kitchen + garden use

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.

Our accommodation is located in Heilgersdorf, a small village 4 km from Seßlach between Bamberg and Coburg with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of space and a quiet location. A good starting point for single travelers, couples and families alike to discover and enjoy culture and Franconian-Thuringian sights - or simply for a vacation.

Romantic Rose Cottage

The vacation rental is located on a typical Franconian three-sided farm, which used to house a farm and carpentry and is still lovingly renovated by us with old materials and a lot of clay plaster. My husband, our dog and I live in the main house.
