Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

Enjoy the calm and cozy charm of our small town surrounded by mountains and far away from the hectic city Reach Innsbruck in just about 15 minutes by train or car. You can find restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, a pizzeria and a supermarket along the mainroad. Numerous ski areas, sledging routes, skitouring routes, hiking and cycling trails, lakes and other outdoor activities are very close by. Free ski bus stops right in front of the house to the skiresort Bergeralm Steinach (10 minute ride)

Near Munich and Innsbruck; 15 min. to famous Achensee Sports Region with plenty of summer and winter activities; cross-country, biking and hiking trails pass the house; next to local inn yard; free parking and WIFI. In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn!
