Welcome to the holiday idyll on the edge of the forest. The property is located on our property, surrounded by the unique nature of Mecklenburg Switzerland. Nestled in the hilly landscape, you will find pure relaxation here. The building complex consists of a large sleeping and living yurt and a cottage in which the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

A house in the fields

The house stands alone in a sea of fields, swept by the wind, in a large perennial garden. With many fellow artists and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 90s was rebuilt and renovated, and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created – and is still being created – which can accommodate 10 people in the guest area and 8 people in the mainly privately used studio area.

On an original farm, we have lovingly created a vacation home to dream of. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be! A large garden invites you to linger. In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

A historic barn reimagined with natural materials, clay walls, and clean minimalist design. Vast windows frame the rolling Lindetal hills, wild garden, and birds overhead. Light-filled interiors, generous rooms, and a long dining table set the stage for slow evenings with friends. Relax and enjoy nature in the garden and in the Müritz National Park on foot, with our 2 bicycles or with the SUP on the water. In our fully equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hot plate, dishwasher, espresso maker, fridge, microwave, coffee and various spices) you can prepare fresh food with an unrestricted view of the garden and with ingredients from our garden. The bathtub protruding to the outside, as well as our daybed, invite you to relax.
