The apartment consists of a large living room with an exclusively equipped kitchen and wine refrigerator and open fireplace. 2 loggias with 7 m² and a balcony on the west side. One of the two Wittmann couches in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine or wall radiator and the 2nd has a combined shower and toilet. In addition, there is a toilet in the apartment. Underfloor heating and air conditioning too....

Mauthnerhube Apartment with Sauna and Jacuzzi

Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Enjoy and relax in the apartment's private wellness area, complete with an sauna and whirlpool! The new pond with panoramic views invites you to linger and unwind.

Beech green tree house

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Studio 1111 with Sauna & Hot Tub

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

In the house, you will stay on the modernized first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove and cozy bedroom. For 2 additional guests, there is a sofa bed. The large terrace invites you to linger.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

The studio with extra kitchen is modernly decorated and has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. It offers a cozy pine bed, a dining area for two, a private large loggia/terrace with sun loungers and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils to prepare simple meals, including a hob, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.

Great hiking opportunities, dogs welcome

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.
