Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The quiet, 2-room flat in trendy Neuenheim is tucked away behind the main building and can be booked with one or two single beds (see pictures). The old town is a ten-minute stroll away, and it takes only three minutes to reach the next tram stop (10 min. to train station). Neuenheim itself has everything you need: outdoor cafés, bars, grocery stores, and a farmers’ market Wednesdays and Saturdays!

The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Very close to the Neckar, you can stay in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa overlooking a quiet garden area. The old town is about 20 minutes' walk. In addition to the bedroom, there is a kitchen and shower room, which you can use alone. On the same floor we have two work or guest rooms that we use mainly during the day. Breakfast can be prepared in the kitchen. Please do not cook large meals on the stove. Please open the window when cooking!!

Cozy attic apartment for 1-2 people

I rent out my son's apartment, who now lives abroad. It is suitable for 1-2 people and is located in Handschuhheim, an idyllic district of Heidelberg. The apartment has two rooms, a living-bedroom (single bed and sofa bed) with a large workplace, a kitchen-living room, a shower room and a separate toilet. It is approx. 3 minutes to public transport and by tram you can reach the city center or the main train station in 10 minutes.

The cozy 1-room apartment with terrace & TG parking space is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house in the center of Dossenheim, just minutes from HD-Neuenheimer Feld (university hospital) and HD Altstadt. The 30 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, but is ideal for 1-2 people. The day bed (90 x 200) can be expanded to 180 x 200. There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment that can accommodate 2 people.

The vineyards, quarries and fields give this place a beautiful setting. Bakeries and a supermarket as well as the local butcher allow shopping on foot. And Heidelberg is a 12-minute train ride.
