"Leo's Cottage" Recreation in the nature and ski area

Our cozy cottage is located right in the middle of the Postwiese nature and ski resort in Winterberg. We have breathed new life into our little house with a lot of love. A family project between mother and son, which we are happy to share with you. The vacation home invites you to spend cozy evenings in front of the pellet stove, a glass of wine on the terrace, breakfast in the sunshine and much more. But activities such as hiking, skiing, tobogganing, mountain biking and the Astenkick are also waiting for you.

Land of a Thousand Mountains

You are in the Sauerland, a region where hiking or cycling is a must. Even the Sauerland pool is in the village. Otherwise, just peace and beautiful landscapes with many refreshment stops. You can swim and sauna in the village or go to Hennesee, about 25 minutes by car. We are very quiet, almost at the edge of the forest and in the center, about 10 minutes on foot. If you want to go shopping, go to the next village of Schmallenberg. We only have discounters!Restaurants are in the village.

Panorama in the open-plan living/cooking area through large window fronts in the kitchen or by the fireplace. Everything is available, from a fully automatic coffee machine to a waffle iron. The upper floor offers three bedrooms with box-spring beds for 6 people. The bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower. Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy nature: The Luminarium is quietly situated on the edge of the forest in the Sauerland region and combines modern architecture with sweeping views over meadows and forests. The large glass façade, fireplace and terrace make the house a special retreat for up to six guests. There is plenty of space for children to play. Chickens, the tomcat Findus and our bee colonies live on the property. The Hennesee and numerous hiking trails are close by.

For all adventurers, there is the Green Hill Bikepark and ski lifts to explore in the immediate vicinity. By car, you can reach Winterberg, Schmallenberg and Meschede in 15-20 minutes. Children can have fun on the playground, which is right next to the house or on a trip to FortFun.

Beautiful modern vacation home in Sauerland, south-facing, for up to 8 people, new kitchen, terrace, garden. The vacation home is about 110 m² and has a large terrace with garden. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, with the bathroom connected to the double bedroom. Another toilet is located in the hallway. On the upper floor is another bathroom, a bedroom and a large living/bedroom with a cozy sofa lounge. A covered carport parking space is available.
