Our fantastic highlight We look forward to welcoming our guests, who will find peace and quiet in a combination of modern outfit and rustic ambience. relaxation. The apartment is on the first floor and covers 80 sqm. It was completed at the end of 2024 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In fact, for almost 60 years, there was an orthopedic shoemaker's workshop in the building, the stock of which was integrated into the furnishings. Our garden, the beach and the Werra Valley bike path ensure relaxing days.

District 22 – Kontor

Modern, fine and in the middle of it all - the 5* vacation apartment (opened in 2022) with high-end amenities in a completely renovated former blacksmith workshop. The fully equipped "Kontor" apartment - on the upper floor with 74 m² for 4 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Then you've come to the right place!  The apartment "Am Flohbach" is centrally located in the district of Floh at the foot of the Rennsteig, idyllically nestled in the valley between mountains and green meadows. In the basement of our two-family house you have a comfortable, very modern furnished and with 62 sqm, spacious non-smoking apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You have acess to the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue.

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

In the Schmalkalden apartment, well-being is the top priority. The modern and tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Towels, sheets, shower gel and shampoo are available free of charge in the apartment. We are in a 5-star hotel, only with much more flexibility. Feel at home. Despite its central location and the walking distance to the picturesque city center with half-timbered buildings, the apartment is quietly located on a quiet one-way street.

The castle, the marketplace with the Lutheran church and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a bedroom available, with two comfortable box spring beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a rain shower.
