The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

This great 85 sqm apartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is located on the 3rd floor. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Nearby is a playground, a bakery right across the street. Right in front of the house is a bus stop. The walk to the nearest train station is about 7 minutes long. There you will also find Rewe, Aldi, etc. The secondary cities are Oberhausen/Mülheim. The Centro is 5 minutes by car.

Central but still quiet location. Minutes to the MAIN TRAIN STATION, CentrO, highway, city, congress center, CentrO., König-Pilsener Arena, family-friendly activities, public transport, airport. Our apartment was completely renovated and furnished in September 2017. It has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen including dining room and living room with sofa bed. It is located in the heart of Oberhausen in the middle of the Ruhr area. It is centrally located, so that all attractions can be reached quickly and easily by car, bus and train. Despite its central location, our apartment is located in a quiet residential area.
