Near the Bielefeld highway junction is the newly renovated apartment on the ground floor of a ZFH. The living/dining room is comfortably furnished and invites you to linger. From here, you have access to the terrace and garden. In the bedroom you can enjoy the nights in a box spring bed and in the study there is another cozy bed. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available free of charge. The modern kitchen and bathroom complete the apartment

Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. Beautiful 90m2 apartment with large balcony (about 10m2) in a quiet residential area. The apartment was partially renovated in August 2015 and is very well maintained. Convenient location close to university and close to Teutoburg Forest (each 15 min. walk) as well as connection to line 4 (stop "Lohmannshof", 5 min).
