From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The newly renovated apartment in a 130-year-old house is only 5 minutes from the harbor. You can live in the old and quiet fishing village and still be downtown quickly. Unfortunately, you cannot park on site, but there are plenty of parking lots and houses nearby and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.
