The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

A staircase takes you to our spacious apartment on the 2nd floor, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped. The proximity to the water invites you to a beautiful Schlei or Baltic Sea vacation. You can spend the evenings wonderfully on one of the two balconies.
