Our cozy 50 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Gråsten overlooking the castle lake and Gråsten castle. Nearby there is shopping, restaurants, harbor, beach, forest and more. Layout: kitchen living room with room for 4 people and living room with comfortable furniture, TV and good lighting, separate laundry room with washer and dryer for a fee, bedroom with sliding doors to the living room, 1 double bed and a sofa bed, bathroom (shower with shower bench) as well as a private terrace outside the door.

High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The terrace belonging to the apartment with a view of the countryside is for you alone to relax. Located at the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work.

The train station is only 4 minutes to walk to. From there you can quickly get to Flensburg or, if you want to go in the other direction, also in Eckernförde or Kiel.
