The stylishly renovated and well-furnished apartment on the 1st floor in 2020 is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the Schlei and Baltic Sea region individually. There are a total of 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living room. The apartment with real wood parquet can accommodate 4-6 persons, and as a special highlight, has a covered roof loggia with Schleiblick. Wifi, TV with Netflix. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 6 due to a spiral staircase.

Our 110 square meter and rustic yet modern and lovingly furnished log cabin offers pure coziness. Upscale amenities. The 1500 sqm south-facing property, the fantastic view and the quiet location offers nature and relaxation in any weather. Barrel sauna with 180° panoramic window to the Gunnebyer Noor (Schlei). Ideal for families, active vacationers, peace seekers or nature lovers. The swimming area on the Schlei is about 1,500 m away, and the Baltic Sea can be reached in about 15 minutes.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The lovingly furnished vacation home "Smuk Have" will delight you upon arrival with its idyllic tranquility and pure nature. Enjoy your stay away from the hustle and bustle. A special highlight: an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large natural garden completely fenced and this also has a barbecue area. Two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, each with a double bed. In front of the house is a parking space. Only 1 dog allowed.

Anchor between Schlei & Baltic Sea

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Apartment right on the Schlei

This newly renovated, quiet apartment for two people impresses with its unique location directly on the Schlei - and is still centrally located. From the living room (with panoramic window) the loggia (with awning) leads off, where you can enjoy stunning views over the Schlei and the Schleibrücke. The city center (pedestrian zone) is about a 5-minute walk. We only rent to absolute non-smokers (not even on the loggia!) and without pets!

Apartment by the red beech

The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.
