Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. Historic Hallstatt

This 500-year-old house in the historic center of Hallstatt was renovated with a lot of love for detail. Here, the history of Hallstatt is noticeable everywhere. Lake Hallstatt is only 30 m away and from the premises and the garden you have a wonderful lake view. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with coffee. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Larch House

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

Luxurious chalet in Murau near Kreischberg ski resort

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
