The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cosy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue is available. Guests especially appreciate the natural surroundings with their mountain landscape, which is ideal for hiking. The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon !
