Beautiful place to relax in Workum

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Heb je behoefte aan privacy, rust, ruimte, off grid, natuur in alle comfort, dan is onze Float exact wat je nodig hebt. Je hebt het eiland voor jezelf. Midden in de natuur. Je kunt vissen, zwemmen, suppen, zeilen, of gewoon even helemaal niks. Wakker worden in ons, duurzaam gebouwd varend tiny huis is voor iedereen een weldaad, waarna je de hectiek van alle dag weer aan kunt.

Tussen de groene vlaktes van het Friesche Menaldum vindt u de uniek gebouwde Tiny Farm House met veranda inclusief hot tub. Deze grenst aan een traditionele kop hals romp boerderij uit 1880. Sinds 1980 runt boer Folkert de melkveehouderij waar 110 koeien gemelkt worden. Kom tot rust in de hot tub of neem een duik in de zwemvijver nabij. Ga met de veerboot een dag naar Terschelling of Vlieland. Breng een bezoek aan de hoofdstad Leeuwarden of stap op de fiets en verken de omgeving.

The apartment is 60 m2 and has a private parking space, private entrance and private garden with veranda. The apartment is characterized by a cozy and luxurious look. A modern steel kitchen with beautiful SMEG appliances. In the kitchen is a beautiful wooden table that can also be extended, so you have all the space to work!

Op loopafstand van het centrum van Bolsward, aan de Workumertrekvaart, de originele Friese Elfstedenroute, ligt onze landelijk gelegen boerderij. Wij bieden u in deze landelijke en waterrijke omgeving een royale kamer aan, die voorzien is van een groot tweepersoonsbed, (2x0.90), tv/zit-hoek en een geheel nieuwe badkamer met jacuzzi. Extra slaapgelegenheid is mogelijk. Deze nieuwe ruimte hebben wij gerealiseerd in onze voormalige koeienstal, die grenst aan onze privéwoning.
