Hello, we are Cornelia and Wolfgang. We own a small 3-room apartment with a modern fitted kitchen, living and dining room, separate bedroom, shower/WC, and hallway, which we would like to make available to our guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking: a coffee machine, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Plenty of crockery is provided, as are bed and table linens, hand and tea towels, and bath towels. The living room has a corner couch that can also be converted into a sofa bed. The bedroom, accessible via two steps, has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m. In the courtyard in front of the apartment, there is seating for up to 4 people, perfect for getting some fresh air in the summer. Since our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, smokers are welcome to stay there as well. We look forward to welcoming our guests. The apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. It is a self-contained unit on the ground floor. Our private apartment is on the first floor. A large park with benches and a children's playground invites you to relax in front of our building. Free parking is available in front of the building. The train station is about 700 meters from our building. The S-Bahn (commuter train), which departs every 30 minutes towards Neustadt/Wstr. or Ludwigshafen/Mannheim, provides quick access to the Weinstraße , Mannheim/Heidelberg, or even Speyer. The Plopsapark (holiday park) is only 7 km away and can be easily reached by park shuttle from the train station. A public bus stop is located right next to the park in front of the building. The town center, with its various shopping options, is just a few minutes' walk away. Bakeries, butchers, cafes, and snack bars are nearby. Lidl, Penny, Aldi, Edeka, dm, and others are also very close and easily accessible on foot. Since we live in close proximity to our guests, we are always happy to answer any questions or suggestions about various excursions, the numerous Palatinate specialty restaurants, or hiking tips in the Palatinate Forest. English is fluent, so we can also communicate with foreign guests. Haßloch is ideally located: 10km from Neustadt/Wstr., the coronation site of the German Wine Queen; 15km from Bad Dürkheim, the town with the world's largest wine barrel (which houses a restaurant); 12km from Speyer with its impressive cathedral and museum; Mannheim, the square city with its castle, is about 25km away; and Heidelberg is about a half-hour drive away. The vineyards, the Palatinate Forest with its countless hiking trails and numerous places to stop for refreshments, the German Wine Route, and much more are just a few kilometers away. Wine festivals take place almost year-round in the numerous wine-growing towns along the Wine Route. In Haßloch itself, the Andechs Beer Festival takes place every year on the third weekend in September. Andechs is a partner of the Bad Dürkheim district, and the beer festival, which grows in popularity every year, is held here in our town. In September, it is also worth visiting Bad Dürkheim’s largest wine festival, the “Dürkheimer Wurstmarkt”. Whether during grape harvest season or simply to relax, the Palatinate region is worth a visit year-round. If you plan to travel by bike, there are numerous beautiful bike paths in the immediate vicinity. The Mill Trail (several mills, some with excellent restaurants, are located in the outskirts), the Kraut und Rübenweg (Cabbage and Turnip Trail), and so on—there's much to explore. The trails are also easy to navigate for older visitors, as we are located here in the Rhine plain. So, come and discover for yourself! We designed our small apartment so that you arrive and feel at home. Please understand that we do not allow pets. We also ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment. When you arrive, the beds will be made and fresh towels will be provided. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. We look forward to your visit! Very nice apartment in Altrip

Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is in a quiet residential area with village charm. Within walking distance of 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and can be reached ideally by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

You can explore the area on long bike paths. A visit to Speyer and Bad Dürkheim is always worthwhile. Also highly recommended is a day at the Holiday Park with us in the village. In Wachenheim there is the Kurpfalzpark, a leisure and wildlife park for the whole family. The nearby shopping facilities such as Edeka, Penny and Action Markt and self-catering, for example in the Döneria at this parking lot, are advantageous. Quiet apartment with balcony

Quietly located and fully equipped apartment in the heart of the Palatinate. It is located on the first floor. A spacious balcony that can be reached from the living room is also available. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, the sofa in the living room can be converted into another bed with a handle. Infrastructure: 5 minutes walk to the nearest bakery or supermarket (Aldi) and S-Bahn station. 10 minutes by car from Holiday Park.

The open kitchen is fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave are also included in the equipment. There are two bedrooms: 1. Bed 180 cm x 200 cm, 2nd Bed 180 cm x 200 cm 3. Bed: 140 cm x 200 cm. The sofa bed is 140 cm x 220 cm. The bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower has a washing machine and drying rack.
