Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. There are numerous restaurants and takeaways in the pleasant neighborhood. Breakfast can be a 5-minute walk away at Hofje van Noman or Kafnush in the Keizerstraat.
