Our house is located in a south-facing, very quiet, dream location right next to the main lifts of Saalbach. The village center is just a five-minute walk (via the slopes) or a ten-minute walk (by road) from the apartment. The apartment is located in the lower part of the main building and has a separate entrance. The local tax (mandatory tourist tax to the municipality including the mobility contribution: EUR 2.95 per person aged 15 and over per night) is included in the price.

Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Perfect location of the 36 m2 apartment close to the ski lift and the mountains. The gondola "Zwölferkogel" is only 5 min walking distance where you can enter the whole ski and mountain area of saalbach- Hinterglemm. It includes two separate bedrooms including a 1,40 m and a 1,60 m wide bed. There's an additional sleeping couch in the living room. Visitors tax 2,45€ per guest per day.
