Secluded Cottage front Lake w/ BOAT

Reachable only by boat, no road and no car — a 19th-century Crotto, once a lakeside tavern where fishermen stopped to eat and drink, reborn as a cottage on the water. Three bedrooms over two floors, so everyone gets their own room, and a covered veranda above the water with a view to Lugano. The boat is yours all stay, to navigate along the shore to the villages nearby. A big fireplace in winter; the veranda and a garden of centuries-old plane trees in summer. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.
